Use title case for page names. Capitalize first letter of each word except conjunctions (and, for, or), articles (the, a, an), prepositions regardless of length (in, at, to, with, from) and the to in infinitives. And capitalize the first and last word of titles and subtitles. Example:

Change
To change the name of a page
- Log in.
- Browse to the page you want to rename.
- Select Move from little triangle drop down menu (hidden if you are not logged in) between View History tab and the Search box.
