One way to build a good working relationship with a school is by going through an organization that already has one. Many organizations have been sending teachers to schools in China for years and have developed good relationships and quality programs that often including some teacher training. If you have first hand experience with one of these organizations, please write a recommendation and email it to me (by clicking on my name above) and I will post it here at the Teahouse.
